Please note the telephones switch over from the Out-of- Hours service at 8:30am therefore please do not try to phone before then. The surgery doors open at 8:00am for booked appointments and to collect prescriptions etc. Please be aware we have the option of early morning phone calls and we have Saturday morning opening every other Saturday.

We are open on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 7:30am for additional Healthcare Assistant appointments.

Out of Hours Service

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

If you need advice about minor illnesses phone NHS 111 on 111. Alternatively you may visit your local pharmacists who are highly trained in dealing with these problems.

Minor injuries can be dealt with at the Minor Injury Unit at the Cumberland Centre in Devonport.

Out-of- hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
