Yoga with Lucy
In these predominantly chair based sessions (with optional mat based moments), Lucy will guide you through mindful breathing exercises, paired with gentle, accessible movement. With a primary focus on supporting our mental well-being, we will also be exploring some simple meditation and relaxation techniques.
Whether you have dine yoga before or are new to the practice, you are welcome here, open to all!
